We came back from Florida with a fully-stocked Star Wars wardrobe apparently! We also came home to snow!
Sadly, Kolby had to work over the Thanksgiving holiday. I think he has had to work every thanksgiving for the last 7 years! Booooo! So we headed to the snowy hills of Malad for some fun! Tooder, the snow seal, especially enjoyed the sledding! He hates dragging his wiener through the snow!
Papa is always up for a few wild rides down the hill! He once broke his tailbone while showing the kids how it's done, so you know he knows what he's doing!
I love my parents' place in the summer, but nothing beats the landscape of winter! The sun is usually shining up there when it's gray and miserable in Pocatello. The snow storms are more like blizzards. The snow blows and drifts and the plow turns every home into a giant fortress encased by 6-foot walls of snow!
Auntie Auds came up for Thanksgiving, too! She's always a good sport to let the kids work her over. She always remembers her make-up case to give a couple of girls (and occasionally one little boy) a makeover!
Here's one guy who needs no make-up to look that beautiful!
It's always fun with Uncle Buck and Karen come up!
I can't even remember a time in my life when we all didn't get together for the holidays. I miss the days when we all lived in Hailey and would meet for Sunday dinner at Nana and Gramp's. The house was always full of delicious food, laughter, music, games of pool, and the occasional intense board game battle - No, Karen, there aren't 6 wheels on a chariot!
I can't take my own selfies. I need Audra to make me look good!
