Still green! Winnie joined the Dominators for another great season. They only lost one game! We are so lucky to be a part of this team. The girls are so great to each other - that's sometimes hard to find in a group of girls! Coach Ashley is so very knowledgeable. She works the girls hard at practice, teaches them so many skills, but still manages to speak kindly to them during games and encourages them to do their best to overcome challenges. She is the best!
Winnie's specialty on the field is center defender. She's finally growing into those long legs and learning how to use them. It's rare that anyone gets between her and her goalie. She's not very aggressive in other aspects of her life, but just look at that focused face of intensity. Ashley says she relies on her in the back field to read the game, defend her goal and make great passes to the front!
