The bunny brought basketballs this year! Everybody got their own color so we will have no arguments or blame games about who threw who's ball into the cranky neighbor's yard and must go retrieve it.
Our neighborhood is FILLED with kids who play ball in their driveways for about 10 months out of the year. Now Winnie has an excuse to spend time in the driveway and keep a close watch on all the cute neighbor boys shooting hoops. June also, but she's too stubborn to admit it. Klive, however, is just a man on a mission to catapult that ball to the hoop. This year, his shot didn't quite make it halfway, so he gave up on the hoop and started trying to toss it so it would land and stick in the branches of his favorite tree. Tree ball, we call it!
