Kolby and I celebrated our 14-year anniversary in April.  The plan was to stay at a nice resort in Park City, play golf, maybe some tennis, enjoy a leisurely day at the outdoor outlets and finish up with a ride down the Alpine Slides.  True to Johnson (bad luck) form, we arrived in a torrential downpour which turned into a snowstorm overnight.  So what do you do when your spring sport plans are ruined?  Eat, of course!  Kolby had the best steak of his life at Butcher's.  We also had our yearly lunch at The Cantina Mexican restaurant.  We also toughed it out at the outlets for a couple of hours, enjoyed the adult-only pool and sauna at our luxurious hotel, and watched a few movies without the interruption of our three kids who spent the weekend with Nana and Papa.  Still don't believe in the Johnson Lack of Luck curse?  Well we tried to end the vacation at the Alpine Slides, only to learn that they had closed the previous week but would be reopening three days after we left.  Happy 14 Kolby!  Still wouldn't change a thing!
