June has been a super fan of Coldplay since she was about 4 years old. She used to wander around the house singing, "Para, para, paradise!" We looked for American tour dates about a year earlier, but the only one we could find was the Superbowl and that was out of the question! Luckily in the midst of tonsil suffering, they released more tour dates and we jumped on tickets to the Salt Lake show to cheer June up.
I can honestly say that it was the best, funnest, most amazing concert I have ever been to - not bad for June's first concert!
The whole crowd wore flashing, light-up bracelets that were controlled by the music, they dropped sofa-sized balloons, and they played all our favorite songs!
Of course she knows every word!
I love that this girl and I share a love for music. I'm also glad she has pretty good taste in music and I didn't have to suffer through a Taylor Swift or One Direction concert. Raising her right!
