Yee-haw! It's time for another birthday shindig! Klivie the Kid's 4!
From the minute this duded-up cow poke moseyed into the Sarsaparilla Saloon, we knew he was looking for trouble.
A mighty wind kicked up just about supper time, so The kid's ma pert'near lost her grits trying to haul the shindig inside!
We didn't want any trouble from any outlaws, so we rolled out some good grub and tasty viddles to keep the peace.
It was looking like a ghost town . . .
The Horses were catching some shut-eye in the OK coral . . .
Klivie the kid said howdy to his granny and took a load off in the ol' outhouse when . . .
A whole heap of outlaws rode into town! Look! It's Terrible Tukk!
In rode Tough Twister and his Ma, Mustang Misty! And boy, were they hungry!
Evil Emma, and those notorious Johnson sisters, Whiplash Winnie and Jumpin' Jack June rode in just a hootin' and hollerin'. You don't want to tangle with these little ladies, they're so tough, they can grow their own handlebar mustaches!
The posse was ready to kick up their boots when in rode Redneck Rustler Rylee - she needs two horses - one for the ride into town and one for the getaway.
The townsfolk cowered at the sight of The Kid's Posse. Were they here to rob the bank or have a shootout on the dusty mainstreet?
All the grannies hid in the corners.
But The Kid told em' to rest their weary heads.
He called on the ol' troubadour Papa Lee to start the hoedown.
Sheriff "The Babe" Johnson kept a hand on his rifle, just in case anyone was itchin' to start some trouble.
The Kid's Posse did some pannin' for gold.
Klivie the Kid's got gold fever!
He used his gold nuggets to buy his posse a few rounds of soda pop!
The posse also hit the trails and put on a show on their wild mustangs.
They roped a herd of cattle and drove em' back into the coral.
I know I've seen those ugly mugs on some posters before.
They did a bit of horseshoe throwin'.
And, of course there was gun slingin'. Deputy Dad made sure it didn't get out of hand.
Every outlaw enjoys rustlin' up some loot!
And it looks like Klivie the Kid will be ridin' a deer instead a horse from now on!
The grub was good and we finished off the night around the ol' campfire singin' Happy Birthday to The Kid.
Don't be fooled by that sweet baby face, Klivie the Kid's an outlaw through and through. Mama tried to raise him better, but her pleadin' he denied. He broke her heart when the lonesome whistle blew and he caught the freight train leavin' town with his outlaw posse. We just hope and pray the wind will carry em' home when he turns 5.
