Dr. Dolittle?

Here's some more evidence that June is no girly-girl.  The other night, I walked in the door from a meeting and June said, "Hey mom, I caught a baby snake in our living room."  At first I thought she was talking about her stuffed snake and I played along.  Then she handed me this little beauty in a jar and I jumped a few feet!  Kolby confirmed that June, in fact, caught this little snake with her two hands once he determined it wasn't poisonous.  Apparently I was the only person in this house who was a little disturbed by finding something slithery on our floor!

June is a lover of ALL animals.  She honestly hasn't met a bug, reptile, amphibian, sea creature or mammal she doesn't like.  Right now, sea horses and giraffes are her favorite animals.  Who knows what it will be tomorrow.

June's aspirations for the future include becoming a veterinarian.  She has watched her daddy enough to know how to give a pretty thorough medical examination!  Her bunny Mimzy is such a good patient!

Hmm . . .  Looks like Mimzy's suffering from a bad ear infection today.

Heart rate sound's normal.  It was touch and go for a while, but I think with the help of Dr. June and Nurse Winnie, Mimzy's going to pull through!

That's so awesome. I'll never forget the first time Bardo ran into the house with his 18 21 month hand full of frog. What will we do when they grow up?

Man, Junie is one brave chick. Arlee likes to look but not touch and Dewie will just stomp the crap out of anything that moves. Tell June when she goes into Animal Medicine she can use chubby as a test subject and maybe discover a rare phyco-neurotic disease that i'm almost sure he is infected with. Arlee wants to be a pilot like 'uncle cole'. what happened to being school teachers and fire fighters?
