Lyra has really taken a liking to her Papa Lee. Or as she calls him, "Pa-lee."
Kolby enjoyed his time in the sun. The hat was a must. That bald head hasn't seen the sun for months!
June may be wearing her water wings in this picture, but she's getting pretty serious about learning to swim without them this summer. She's got the underwater motions down, it's just difficult for her to realize she can come up and take a breath of air between strokes.
Winn is our little fish, as usual. Her number one complaint of the summer: Having her dirty, chlorine-soaked hair brushed when she gets out.

I'm LOVING that shot of Amos and Curt--I think it's the best one I've seen of them together. Oh. And the hair? At least his goggles don't hurt when I put them on anymore!

Our kids would live in the water if we let them - Me on the other hand...I hate swimming but mostly because the whole time I'm thinking of all the little kids who pee'd in the pool and now I'm swimming in it. And you look great in your picture- I see no walnuts in your sweet cheeks.

Walnut stuffed cheeks are the coolest. You look gorgeous. We miss you guys. I'm glad you didn't get drowndededed in the flash flood. Or slash slood, as Kolby and Kory would call it.
Cutie! When is that baby due? Your family is more precious than anything. I can't believe the weather you endure there! Around these parts we wake up day in and day out to blue, cloudless skies. We get excited for the rain and wind.
